We welcome you to make appointments in person, online, or by phone. We prioritize scheduled clients over walk-ins. If you need to cancel or run late, please contact us promptly.
Please be advised that we may conduct staff training, meetings, or facility maintenance during our operating hours, which may result in earlier closure than scheduled without prior notice.
We encourage our customers to confirm with the salon whether we can accommodate them if they arrive within 30 minutes before closing time.
Our service prices are displayed on our website and in the spa. Prices may vary based on specific services, and we’re happy to provide a cost estimate upon request.

For gratuities, we encourage cash tips for our talented technicians, though tips can also be added via card.
We’re proud to offer a one-week guarantee on your nails. If they break or chip within this timeframe, we will repair them at no extra charge. After one week, additional charges may apply. Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for broken, lifted, or infected nails based on severity. Any changes requested post-service will incur additional charges.
This guarantee does not apply to regular polish, which may chip more quickly.
